“Falcon Wings” mobile pallet changer transforms pallets by securely side-locking the product and lifting it away from the original pallet. To ensure a stable foundation during the lifting process, the machine features two extendable blades that position themselves between the base of the product and the pallet.
The operation begins as the pallet changer inserts two forks underneath the pallet. Subsequently, two padded clamps securely block the product from the sides and lift it, effectively separating it from the pallet. At this point, the product is securely in place and slightly elevated, allowing the two ‘Falcon Wings’ blades to extend between the product’s base and the pallet, providing stable support during the lifting process. The ‘Falcon Wings’ transports the product and deposits it onto the new pallet. The entire operation concludes as the padded clamps and supporting blades retract to their initial positions.
This machine manages delicate products that you cannot rotate or tilt, and can safely support a maximum weight of 1.500 kg. Throughout the pallet-changing process, it is possible to securely clamp and lift the product.
