Description of the Pallet Inverter Cycle
This solution is part of the pallet inverter family.
The process of pallet inverting involves the following steps:
- Utilize a forklift to position the pallet load onto the machine.
- Secure the load from the top using a movable platform.
- Rotate the entire load by 180°, causing the pallet to be above the load.
- Lower the platform to create space between the inverted load and the stationary platform.
- If needed, replace the pallet or exchange damaged items from the bottom.
- Elevate the platform to secure the load once more.
- Rotate the load by 180° to return it to its original orientation.
- Detach the movable platform from the load.
- Stack or load the pallet.
- For less stable products, rotate the load by 90°.
