Safe product handling
The process is carried out jointly by the operator and the machine.
The operator moves the unit toward the load and selects the most suitable pallet exchange mode based on the product type. If the load cannot be tilted, the operator activates the side platforms via the control panel to clamp the product and lift it off the pallet.
If tilting is possible, the machine applies the standard tilting method, similar to the Maxi Toppy Pharma Advance. In this case, the load is rotated 180°, allowing the operator to remove the original pallet and manually insert the new one.
While our inverter system is highly versatile, it may not be suitable for a select few fragile products. However, there’s no need to fret. Toppy also provides sideways pallet changer solutions.
