Operational Description of Inverter Floor Level

This pallet flipper operates by rotating the entire pallet load 180°, positioning the pallets on top for convenient exchange by the operator. This complete load rotation significantly saves time and labor in warehouse operations.

Here’s how it works:

  1. The pallet carrying the load is initially placed on the lower platform – manually (using a forklift) or automatically (via conveyor belts).

  2. Two additional platforms secure the product, preventing any movement or spillage during the process.

  3. There is a 180° rotation of the load, allowing the operator to exchange the pallets once they are at the top of the load.

  4. After pallet exchange, there is back a 180° rotation of the load. The load is now to its original position with a new pallet.

  5. Release at ground level for loading or stacking, where a forklift operator can take over.
