What sets this pallet turner apart is its speed, boasting a production rate of 50 pallets per hour. The manual version can be ‘hands-free’ using a button panel, while the automatic version utilizes PLC technology.

With a simple push of buttons on the control panel, the operator effortlessly inverts pallets. It is possible to repeat the operation up to 50 times per hour, significantly boosting efficiency and productivity.
The cycle begins by placing loaded pallets onto the bottom platform using a forklift. By using the panel buttons, it is possible to secure the pallet load.
Rotation starts, reaching approximately 120° (or up to 180° – it depends on product stability), causing the load to invert. The platform on the load side is lowered to separate the load from the original pallet, creating space to slide in the new target pallet. The objective is to transfer the load to the new pallet while removing the old one.
At this stage, the new pallet is successfully positioned, replacing the original one. The cycle concludes by rotating the entire load back to the 0° position. It is possible to remove the load by using a forklift, preparing the platform for the next task.
We expedite the process for certain loads, such as cartons or boxes, by not requiring the machine to invert to 120°. In such cases, we create the space between the load and pallet with a smaller rotation.
