The “L-shape Silver” pallet upender, part of the pallet inverter family, enables your business to handle approximately 40 pallets per hour. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  1. Use a pallet jack or forklift to position the pallet load on the upender platform, which is at ground level. Alternatively, automatic versions may employ conveyor belts for this task.

  2. The operator simply presses a button to initiate the tilting of the load. Then the pallet load is tilted by either 90° or 100° with support on two sides for the products.

  3. Once tilted, the pressure on the load decreases, allowing for pallet switching. However, the operator will manually perform the pallet-switching task.

  4. After the switching is complete, the operator can effortlessly return the load to its original position by pressing a button on the control panel.

  5. And that concludes the process! It is now possible to load or stack the load onto a new pallet.
