The “Maxi Toppy Advance” is a member of our pallet inverter family. It’s a mobile pallet inverter that can handle loads of up to 1.500 kg., with a gel battery for powering pallet tipping. It boasts user-friendly control panel operation and exceptional portability, making it suitable for warehouses of all sizes.
The “Maxi Toppy Advance” proves to be an excellent choice for use in compact warehouses without dedicated pallet-changing areas. Its gel battery can power operations throughout an entire day on a single charge. At Toppy, we offer the option to upgrade the mobile pallet inverter with larger batteries to meet customers’ requirements. Furthermore, it features a roll-on/roll-off capability for automated and uninterrupted operation.
Fragile product? No worries
While our inverter system is highly versatile, it may not be suitable for a select few fragile products. However, there’s no need to fret. Toppy also provides sideways pallet changer solutions.

Cycle Description
You replace the original pallets with new ones by flipping the load.
First, you flip the pallet load to 180° with the new pallet on top. Forks and side panels secure the pallet load for safe rotation. Now, the original pallet comes on top of the load, and the new pallet is secured at the bottom. This also flips the product load.
Another way is to flip the pallet load by 90°. Then, the operator manually turns the platform to 180°. Now, the whole load is flipped again by 90°, and it rests on the platform. The pallet is then lifted upwards to create space for sliding in a new pallet.
Now, you turn the entire load platform by 180° and flip it again by 90°. This time, the new pallet is secured between the original pallet and the load. You use the forklift of this portable pallet inverter to remove the new pallet load, leaving the original pallet behind. The cycle is completed when you successfully move the original pallet load over to the new pallet or the destination pallet.
