The Pac-Man pallet changer handles up to 120 pallets per hour, fully electric with extendable arms for stable loads.

It adapts easily to different workflows and can tilt from 90° to 180° for optimal handling.

Toppy’s Patented Solution

The full load and the new empty pallet move together, and once inside the Pac-Man, they are tilted to allow the lower platform to open, separating the load from the old pallet.

At this point, the APS (Automatic Pallet System) activates, sliding the new empty pallet under the load while the old pallet is removed.

The exchange is complete when the load, now on the new pallet, and the old pallet are returned to their original positions on the roller conveyors and move on to their respective areas.
